How Much More Confident Can You Be – Simple Ways to Boost Your Confidence?

There are many ways of asking the question, “How much more confident am I as a person?” The short answer is “Not as much”. It’s important to realize that you were not given that level of self-confidence by your birth. You then move them slowly in a steady motion until you feel some resistance. Try to maintain your power pose for about two minutes.
