Behavioral interview is one of the most important factors when it comes to hiring the right people. It is a form of interviewing conducted by hiring managers in which a candidate’s behavior is examined under controlled conditions to evaluate his or her suitability for the job. The interviewing techniques include behavioral interview questions and answers that are aimed at discovering aspects of the personality and behavior that might be relevant to the job. Such questions are usually designed by behavioral experts or conducted using certain types of tests, like the MMPI or Myers-Brigg test or Wason-Carus Review.

You do not want to give an answer directly to the question; however, it can lead to another answer that you do want to give, which is how you can increase sales.

However, these interview skills are taught during formal training or can be learned by simply applying what you have learned in your daily life. If you are not a great listener and do not like answering questions directly, you can always just skip them.
